The worst customer service in the grooming department. I never had a bad encounter in the store, but the groomers are not helpful and feel as if they are bothered. I took my two dogs there to get shaved and bathed and when I came to pick them up, their nails were not cut, they did not bathe their heads they were filthy and stunk. I would not recommend taking your pets here.
Most passionate and helpful staff I've ever encountered at a Petsmart location. Clean store with a lot of variety. Small-pet section is female-only. Great experience!
The service at the salon was good, no so much the cashier.
Always have what I need and want in stock. Good selection and friendly staff.
Most of their stock appears healthy and my betta that I got from here is still thriving 3 years later.
So, should I have taken each dog separately? That doesn't make sense. Also I think that they should let you know about the special, and of course before you pay. This didn't happen.
I frequent this Petsmart and the employees are either well knowledgeable or have no idea what theyre talking about. I would reccomend researching extensively before coming, and taking employees advice very carefully..
We took today our 2 seniors dogs for a beauty day at the salon . We paid for th services. When we went to pick them up, we saw a sign that advertised " Monday through Thursday senior discounts 10% ". We asked for the discount and we only got it for 1 dog .....The employee told us that only applies to 1 dog.
