Candi has been wonderful the whole time we have needed storage. Our apartment was flooded from Harvey and we got one of the last 10x5 units available and she handled the whole thing wonderfully even with all the extra demand. When we found we saved a bit more than we thought she helped us get another 5x5 with no issue and right down the hall from our original unit! Been very happy with the service we get every time we come. Plus she remembers us every time and greets us as individuals!
Working with Candi was a pleasure! During my process of renting my storage unit, we ran into a small issue. I found out my prior employer still had their Corporate storage unit rented under my name. Clean storage, made sure everything was ok before proceeding.But Everytime I go there are never any carts and everybody I talk to there say they can never find any carts. So bring you own or get ready to do alot of lifting. Probably 1000 storage units and maybe have 2 carts for the whole facility. I'm sure they can afford more.
