Had a CT Scan of my knee at North Cypress Medical Center yesterday! Only had to wait 1 day for a scheduled appointment after receiving the order from Dr. Mack! Here comes my partially new knee!
My wife, Vicki, had a procedure yesterday in outpatient surgery. All went VERY well. The staff, nurses, techs & doctors alike, are all very kind and attentive. They seem to be well organized and very helpful. When it was time for my wife to be picked up, they couldn’t get me on the phone, so they called our daughter to pick her up. They made 6 phone calls on our behalf! They had put Vicki in a wheelchair facing the exit door, and a nurse even rolled in a bedside table and gave her a drink of her choice (she hadn’t had ANYTHING to drink or eat for18 hours!!)
My hospital experience was great from start to finish. You have an excellent team, everyone was respectful, professional and friendly. The facility was like a 5 star hotel. We were scared and your staff helped us through the emotion and processes every step of the way. Special thanks to everyone. Thank you for saving my life.

I arrived about 15 minutes prior to my appointment time and filled in the appropriate paperwork. I was immediately led to the pre-CT waiting room where I waited for less than one minute before I was led to the CT scan room. Everyone was very thorough and professional. I finished the CT scan at the original time of my appointment! I have never been in and out of a medical visit in a time like that. I can say nothing but good things about this.
I had a great experience at North Cypress Medical Center. Everyone was very friendly from the minute we walked in. The staff was very helpful while we were registering for surgery and there was even a very helpful volunteer who escorted us to where we needed to go next. The nurses before surgery and after we all great, nice and very helpful. They all made me feel very comfortable in what could have been a very uncomfortable situation.

We have always had fantastic service at this facility. My wife had heart bypass surgery there 2 years ago, and the staff was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! Vicki was there until just before Christmas, so she had a sandwich & salad tray sent up to the ward on Christmas Eve to thank the staff. We’ve been going to various departments of NCMC since they opened, & have NEVER had a bad experience.
