The new manager is not very nice and all she can say is all the old hair dressers were undercharging customers and she doesnt care if customers go somewhere else, she has to charge more... My hairdresser has moved so I wont be returning... too bad, have been a customer for almost 3 years.
Worse haircut in cypress. Farmed my head. Edged up my beard like a Guido. Chunks missing. $30 of crap. Should of walked out. Better off cutting your own hair
She did my eyebrows with wax. All the salons I've been to has put the wax on and then immediately put the paper on top of it. But this one just put wax on one eye brow then went to the next and then my upper lip. Then she decided to put the paper on top. The wax didn't come off all the way, she got some stuck in my hair. The hair cut was good though. I like how she cut my hair. Now when it came to the blow dry and straightening part, it was a total disaster. I had to go home and do it over.
I saw the positive reviews on yelp and decided to try it. I had a very pleasant experience. Diamond listen to my thoughts about my hair and I got a very cute cut out of it.
