3 year member at this location, up until the recent staff changes Have always been greeted with a hello and you are checked in ready to go. Although the PF website states "Unlimited use of Massage Chairs" under the black card Membership. They Refused to let my fiance use the Vibrating chairs under my Black card membership. One of the original staff gave her the coins to use it and then the other staffer took them away from her. Really? Although for the last three years it has not been a problem. No one is usually using them anyway. Manager was Nice but unhelpful About treatment to my Fiance. Total experience has made me start looking for a new Gym. To bad it was A nice place and The old staff was really friendly. I feel like for $40. Membership re-up every year plus my $20 a month they could let me fiance sit in a vibrating chair for 10 minutes while I finish my workout., Without a hassle.
Great gym. It was one of the more "relaxed" PF when it comes to the rules.
If I had filled this out a month ago, would have been 4 stars. This place used to have a fantastic young man that worked the overnight shift. I go in about 0445 on the weekdays, and Chris was always cheerful and happy to be there. Unfortunately, he no longer works here. To this point, there is not a regular person, and the fill in are not very happy about having to be there and are less than willing to offer a smile and a warm greeting. With a gym that is already limited in regards to spa and facilities, staff is what makes up for those things. With an improved staff, high ratings will follow.
Friendly atmosphere casual gym. Weights go higher than other pf I've seen. The black card spa is pretty limited compared to other locations. Not usually crowded unless it's a Monday midday to evening time. Would give this place 5 stars but it closes at 6pm on the weekends :/
Very nice place. No one bothers me when I work out and the dude was really nice and let me dig in the trash when I accidently lost my car key(I dropped it in the paper bin by accident when I was throwing away paper) people normally also don't mind if you watch them use equipment to see how it goes if you don't know how, (I'm new to the gym exp)
