The workers aren't ones to greet you when you come in, but the cashiers are generally okay. There is ALWAYS a line, no matter what time of day, and you have to wait. The good thing about Kohls is Kohls cash and good discounts.
The store usually looks pretty messy overall but tonight it was great. Very organized and neat. Return counter did a quick and super easy return . Bought lots of items since they were having a huge clearance sale. Left very happy for once.
A lady named Kim from kopperfield did not help at all and did not want to give me the product until the manager took it away from her and put it in the front to give to me cause employees can not buy products while working but Kim put it upon her self to make sure someone would buy it that’s not me. Absolute bad person and will for sure never go back. And she would get into people’s personal space to yell if they have a Kohl’s card yelling in ur ear and if u said no and u don’t want one she will glare at u

Tried to return a pair of leggings my wife bought there a week ago. It Already has a hole in them, I go to exchange them today for a non-ripped pair and they refuse. I love shopping at Khol's however I like having quality clothing with no rips in them more. I'll be shopping elsewhere this Christmas.
