Friendly staff. Made renting a car easy
This location should actually receive 0 stars. Poor customer service at this location and the car I rented was very dinged up and dirty. The girl behind the desk was CLUELESS on working their system and could not locate the keys to my car. Look over the tires as well when looking at the condition of the car. I found a bubble in the tire on a Sunday before going on a business trip. Can't wait for Enterprise to have cars available again after the hurricane.
Convenient location from my home but sucks that there is overnight dropping off facility. Service was avg and the car I got had a lil problem with alignment. Dropping off was fast and easy.
I am a frequent renter at this location and will continue to be. They have GREAT customer service and there's never a problem with getting my reservation quickly.
Service was mediocre. Did not have a car waiting for me regardless of having a reservation. Rep sent me to another location to pick up car. Never once apologized for inconvenience. Hertz is very unprofessional I had other issues especially with Harvey and completely disappointed in the company and will not be returning to rent a car with hertz. I would recommend you don't either.
