Simon is literally the best! We left with a 2013 Audi A6. We are so appreciative for everything. His hard work and dedication is what made us come back even though our original car could not be found. Simon has integrity and that's hard to find.

I drove from Plano TX (North of Dallas) to this dealer just because of the excellent service and prices. I'll buy my next one from Criag for sure.
I worked with Simon at Epic Auto Sales to buy a used Subaru BRZ. He was very helpful and honest with me about everything and even explained some stuff in extra detail since I was buying a car for the first time. He even made a video of the car for me. The process did take a long time but they were upfront about everything. Other than that, it's a decent place if you're looking to buy a used car.
Horrible experience building was hot inside felt like the A/C wasn't on. They gave me the run around for almost 3 hours. While I sat with my wife and 2 young children waiting. Then said my pay stubs weren't good enough bc they could easily be forged. So I left went to Honda Cars of Katy. They had me in a new car in less than 2 hours. There was no issues with my stubs or anything else for that matter. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It almost seems that if you make 11/hr you get financed right away. Now if your like me and make descent money don't waste your time. I had a trade in and cash in hand.
This place is nothing but a scam , buyer's beware . Whatever car, truck , suv you find ONLINE OR ON THE LOT, you might as well tack on a extra 10 k for the asking price , also don't take there offer in driving it for a few days they will charge you .15 cents a mile after you return it,. Be cautious when shopping here , will run your credit 8+ times without your consent to lower your credit report, All the staff are brainwashed or all in on it as well , BE AWARE!! Will be contacting the Better business bureau soon. This place needs to be put out of business.
