Thanks to Brandon at this location. I appreciate his help. This guy is truly good mechanic/manager. My bike I purchased from here was shipped from Specialized and it had a defect. Let’s just say Brandon went above and beyond ordered the part, repaired it, and it works perfect... also he fixed an old Specialized (that other mechanic shops said was trash) If your looking to get a bike fixed or buy one go to this guy.
If I had a list of everything that went well at this location, this review would be too long to spark interest. I am reviewing this branch specifically as this is the only Bike Barn I have been to and the level of customer service I received here was outstanding. My rep was Lucas, who was a young guy but immensely knowledgeable and spent about 2.5 hours with me to help me from A to Z. I was not ready to buy a bike that day, (ended up buying two, one for myself and one for the wife) but his professionalism and knowledge wowed me and I couldn't rob this store of my business. If management is reading this review, please promote this gentleman. Doing so will certainly be an investment.
